Cancellation Policy — Halaal Choice
At Halaal Choice, we try to process orders quickly so you receive your products on time. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Order Cancellation Window
You can request cancellation only before your order is shipped/dispatch status is updated.

If the order is not shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a refund (if prepaid).

If the order is already shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled from our side. In such cases, you may refuse delivery (COD/prepaid), and the order will be treated as a return (if eligible).
2) How to Request Cancellation

3) Refund Timeline for Prepaid Orders
If your prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch:

Refunds are initiated within 24–72 business hours after confirmation.

The amount is credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timeline depends on your bank/payment provider).
4) Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of specific items only if they have not been shipped. If an item is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5) Special / Non-Cancellable Items
Some items may not be cancellable once confirmed, including:

Customized / made-to-order products

Bundle offers (unless the complete bundle is cancelled before shipping)

Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-cancellable” on the product page
(If you don’t sell these now, you can remove this section.)
6) Cancellation by Halaal Choice
In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to:

Product unavailability

Pricing/technical errors

Verification issues (address/payment)

Delivery limitations to your pin code
If we cancel your prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.
